Coastal Chaos Crew: Purchase Cancellation Policy

 

We get it—sometimes a bit of chaos gets in the way of your plans. Our crew works quickly to get your gear out the door, but we’ll do our best to help you out if you need to cancel your order.

 

The Cancellation Window

 

To be eligible for a cancellation, you must submit your request within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee a cancellation, as your order may already be in the process of being shipped.

 

How to Cancel

 

To request a cancellation, please send an email to info@coastalchaoscrew.com with the subject line: Order Cancellation Request. Make sure to include your order number in the email.

 

Important Notes

 

  • Cancellations are not guaranteed after the 24-hour window.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you will need to follow our return policy to return the items.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your original payment method.
