Coastal Chaos Crew Shipping Policy

At Coastal Chaos Crew, we're dedicated to getting your awesome threads to you as quickly as possible so you can get out and embrace the chaos! Please read our shipping policy carefully.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days ( Monday- Friday, excluding public holidays.)
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

2.  Shipping within Australia

We use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries.

  • STANDARD SHIPPING:
  • Estimated delivery time 2-8 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location
  • Please note that delivery to regional and remote areas may take longer.
  • Tracking will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

EXPRESS SHIPPING:

  • Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout.
  • Tracking will be provided once  your order had been dispatched.

Please Note:

  • While we strive for prompt delivery, these are estimated times provided by Australia Post and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, public holidays, network delays).
  • Coastal Chaos Crew is based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Deliveries within Queensland generally arrive faster than interstate deliveries. 

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order, as well as the chosen shipping method ( Standard or Express).
  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Keep and eye on our website and social media for details.    

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order directly vis Australia Post website using this number.

5. Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, you will be responsible for the re-shipping costs. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information supplied by the customer. 

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • In the rare event that your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@coastalchaoscrew.com
  • We will work with Australia Post to investigate the issue and find a resolution. Please retain all packaging and damaged items as evidence.
  • Under Australian Consumer Law, if a product is faulty or does not match its description, you have a right to remedy ( repair, replacement, or refund). We will cover return shipping costs for faulty items.

7. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, Europe
  • International shipping coasts and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
  • Customs Duties and Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
  • Delays may occur due to customs processing.
